An Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team based in Edinburgh, Charlotte joined Stephen Hodgson & Co. Solicitors after completing her Traineeship in Glasgow.
She provides guidance to both individual and business clients on various Commercial Property issues, including commercial leasing, secured lending transactions, and the buying and selling of commercial properties, including option agreements.
Charlotte’s clientele includes small to medium-sized enterprises, landlords, property investors, house builders, and museum trusts.
Her recent work encompasses several significant investment property transactions, both with and without leases, as well as multimillion-pound sales of development land, an area in which she has a strong interest.
Charlotte is adept at quickly identifying her clients’ goals and delivering customized, commercially-oriented advice from the beginning of a transaction.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys outdoor sports and team activities. She is an enthusiastic camper and often sets up her tent near water, where she enjoys wild swimming or paddle-boarding.
