Matthew is an Executry Manager who works with Partners and is based in our Inverness office. Matthew is amiable and personable, helping customers after a loss and trying to establish a good rapport with them during what she understands to be a trying moment. His areas of expertise include settling estates with beneficiaries, submitting applications for confirmation, filing inheritance tax reports, and defending legal rights. She also assists solicitors in managing sizable, intricate, and controversial estates.
Matthew holds a Specialist Paralegal Studies Qualification in Wills, Trusts & Executries from Strathclyde University, has seven years of experience managing executries, and is a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association and the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal.
