In our crowded residential conveyancing team, Grace works as a paralegal. She is presently pursuing her Paralegal Law Society accreditation and holds an LLB Honours degree from Abertay University.
Grace handles all facets of home conveyancing, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers; she is especially interested in matrimonial title transfers. Although she typically counsels ordinary citizens, she has also assisted business clients who are entering the residential real estate market.
Grace is available at every stage of the process, providing regular updates, timely answers to any questions, and concise explanations of the legal procedures because she understands that real estate transactions can be stressful for her clients.
